….are launching a new fund to encourage a new generation of reporters, and support independent journalism.

With partners from newspapers and TV,  we are raising finance for challenging projects that hold the government and powerful interests to account.

And we’re experimenting with new ways to pay for vital independent journalism.

We need your help – with big ideas on what needs investigating ….  with suggestions on the future of the news business … and with offers of support of every kind.
